ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

  • Process: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it promptly. If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: If your order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. However, you may return the product following our return policy guidelines.

In rare instances, we may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

REFUNDS

  • Mode of Refund: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or through an alternative preferred method as discussed with our customer service team.
